Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories (if applicable).
- You must provide your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect item

- Your Order Number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Images of the packaging
Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or burned candles
- Personalized or customized products
- Gift Cards
- Sale or Clearance items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the eligible product (if applicable) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Charges for Returns
If the return is due to:
- A damaged product
- An incorrect product
- A manufacturing defect
R'Labels will bear the return shipping cost.
For any other approved return, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise agreed.
